How to Remove Devices from Domain Customer Use Case Some invalid devices exist in a domain, and users want to remove them from the domain to save more license nodes
Challenge How to remove devices from a domain? NetBrain Best Practice NetBrain provides many ways to remove devices from a domain and user can select either of the following ways to remove devices: Remove the device from Site pane 1) Click Site on the taskbar
2) Right-click the target device and select Remove from Domain from the drop-down list
Remove the device from Device Group 1) Click the target device group and all the devices in this group are displayed in the left pane
2) Right-click the target device and select Remove From Domain from the drop-down list

Note: You can also right-click the target device group and select Delete to delete the device group
Tip: The devices in the System folder cannot be removed in this way
Remove device from Fine Tune 1) Log into Domain Management page
2) In the Domain Management page, click Operations > Fine Tune from the quick access toolbar
3) On the Fine Tune tab, there are two ways to remove a device: o Click Missed Devices, and right-click the target device in the table and select Remove from Domain

When you remove it from a Domain, it will become a workgroup computer with a local account. To leave the Domain, sign into your Local Account, click Start > Settings > System > About and then select Disconnect from the organization.
