at sending.us.pitneybowes.com or from Your Account
From the homepage, click the USPS logo. These printable
4x6 labels include a barcode for secure, free tracking of
your envelope or package

2. Add postage
The Trackable Label application uses a separate
online account for USPS. Tap on the Available
Postage and follow the prompts to refill postage
from your Purchase Power account

3. Enter or select your recipient’s address
Every address that you enter can be saved

This is a new process we’ve introduced to help you use trackable items
from either the P-Series device or any computer with internet access

trackable items from your computer as well as from your device. The

How do i print shipping labels at the post office?

You can use your USPS account to print shipping labels, but you don’t own a printer. The USPS offers a “label broker” feature. This allows you to pay online for shipping and then choose “Print Labels Later at The Post Office” option. The USPS will email you the QR code. This email, along with the QR code, should be brought to any Post Office.

Can i print shipping labels from my smartphone?

Although you can print shipping labels directly from your smartphone, it will not work with your USPS account. It won’t be a USPS shipping label. This is possible by using a different shipping platform, such as SendPro Online. SendPro Online allows customers to connect with their carrier accounts.

How do i reprint a label that has been completed?

On the Carrier screen you will see the message "Label Completed" . Click the Reprint This Label link next to the "Label Completed" message. Select the History button in the Shipping tile on the Home screen.

How many times can i reprint a shipping label?

You can reprint a shipping label three times within 24 hours after printing it the first time, or from the shipping label's record on the History screen. On the Carrier screen you will see the message "Label Completed" .
