You can use your USPS account to print shipping labels, but you don’t own a printer. The USPS offers a “label broker” feature. This allows you to pay online for shipping and then choose “Print Labels Later at The Post Office” option. The USPS will email you the QR code. This email, along with the QR code, should be brought to any Post Office.
Although you can print shipping labels directly from your smartphone, it will not work with your USPS account. It won’t be a USPS shipping label. This is possible by using a different shipping platform, such as SendPro Online. SendPro Online allows customers to connect with their carrier accounts.
On the Carrier screen you will see the message "Label Completed" . Click the Reprint This Label link next to the "Label Completed" message. Select the History button in the Shipping tile on the Home screen.
You can reprint a shipping label three times within 24 hours after printing it the first time, or from the shipping label's record on the History screen. On the Carrier screen you will see the message "Label Completed" .
