As others the delivery service, customer complaints handling, escalation and cancellation policies are astoundingly poor, inefficient, effective and damaging to the environment as well as exploitative of zero hour sub contracted delivery services. IKEA UK should be ashamed. Since it is impossible to escalate in the UK I will write to HQ in Sweden.
