The mission of Fort Bend County Libraries is to bring people, information and ideas together to enrich lives, expand minds, and strengthen our diverse community. Fort Bend County Libraries has been established and is maintained under the provisions of the Texas Local Government Code, Chapter 323, subchapter A: County Libraries.
Additional funds were approved April 27, 2021 to provide financial assistance to the small business community. Fort Bend County has developed informational and educational training videos that will assist applicants, beneficiaries and small business owners and employees with COVID-19 programs and services offered by the County.
Fort Bend County Assistance Program Dashboard – The Fort Bend County Program dashboard has been created to transparently provide a comprehensive CARES/ARPA/ERA diagram to include historical, current, and projected activity for budget versus actual expenditures and all public assistance program statistics.
Your business may be eligible to receive up to $8,000 to assist workforce families. Childcare Voucher Program – Fort Bend County Commissioners Court has authorized additional Cares Act Funds to help offset childcare costs for families who are facing financial instability in Fort Bend County due to COVID-19.
