Established in May 1998, we offer a universal solution to International and domestic
Freight movement, Warehousing and Pick and pack distribution

Although we trade as a logistics company, the majority of our business comes from
The domestic courier requirements of small to medium size companies

We also specialize in:
 Warehousing and Distribution. Offering warehousing and distribution (pick and
pack) for nationally based retailers as well as conference, road shows, relocation
and road freight requirements

 Sea and Air freight. Offering international sea and air freight in the form of
imports and exports and a very reliable International wholesale door to door
service

ACT specializes in the following services:

 World Wide courier for documents and small parcels
 World Wide Sea and Sea Freight, imports and exports
 Warehousing and Distributions
 Same day services (in city and inter regional)

Rate Structure
Our rates exclude VAT. A fuel surcharge is based on the fluctuation of fuel prices

Quoting System – Online option available
We will email you a reply to your quote within 2 hours of receiving the request. Additional time
may be needed for international or quotes requiring special delivery or collection procedures

i.e. National distributions. Etc. We also offer an online solution to quoting, giving you options
to make informed decisions regarding the service/cost of sending shipments

MY ACT (Online System)
My ACT gives our Client’s a transparent window into the ACT System. It has a full audit trail
that is linked to user specific access options. Clients are able to:
 Create Quotes showing pricing on all services
 View generated Quotes

 Place Collections from their premises or Elsewhere

 View Places Collections and their Status

 Generate waybills and Tracking Labels
 View Waybill history including Tracking, Top Copy and POD images & Pricing
 View outstanding invoices
Full training is offered on an individual or group basis to all our clients

Proof of Delivery
ACT operates with “Parcel Perfect” software providing you with accurate and fast information

Imaged Proof of deliveries is available from our website or email the waybill number to:
[email protected] – enter the full waybill number in the subject block
In- House Operator
Onsite Services – An in house operator will be made available to render the following
functions:
Customer servicing – looking after the day to day freight requirements

Assist without sourcing of reliable and cost effective freight services when required

Arrange for additional manpower when required

Special packaging, consulting and supervising thereof. i.e. sensitive goods

Arrange and oversee onsite customer collections / deliveries
Sourcing of POD’s

After hour’s service:
ACT operate with two on call supervisors in each region with 24 hour cell phone no’s. These
supervisors are both equipped with company vehicles and have access to ACT‘s premises at
all times. See attached list

Account Management
The following reports are available and will be submitted on request to account holders

1. Monthly invoices – All Waybills attached
2. Monthly invoices – Email format with hyperlink to waybills and POD’s
3. Weekly invoices – all waybills attached (email format as above)
4. Weekly POD reports
5. Activity by service – Indicating Rand value spent
6. Activity by service – per region/account
7. Monthly statements – email or posted
8. Reports specifically designed as per your requirements
