Army Financial Management & Comptroller. The ASA (FM&C) is responsible for resourcing America's Army through sound financial management and comptrollership, from budget formulation to auditable financial statements.
Bennett most recently served as the Commanding General of the U.S. Army Financial Management Command, relinquishing command to Col. Paige Jennings in July.
Virtual Learning Series: Advice from the Schoolhouse Col. Gregory R. Worley, commandant of the U.S. Army Finance and Comptroller School, and Command Sgt. Maj. Gennaro A. Penn, will participate in a YouTube live Q&A on the ASA (FM&C) channel today, Oct. 8 from 6-7 p.m.
Notable accomplishments during his tenure included the formation of a partnership with U.S. Army Materiel Command to revamp the Army’s business systems across business mission area domains, a metrics-based audit reset, and a 5-year Army Finance Strategy centered on emulating private industry practices and developing the workforce.
