The Wiring up to the NTE is the property of the BT Group. Sounds like when you’ve moved in BT have just paid for the Activation of a Stopped Line and not a Customer Installation. If you want it moving you’d need to have to pay for a Lift and Shift, if that’s what they still call it. How much that costs I don’t know.
